The staff at the hotel was super friendly and always ready to help. the location was great, close to the Funicular railway that takes you up to Montecatino Alto and also conveniently located near Lucca, Pisa, and Florence.

I thoroughly enjoyed the double room and the way it was set up. Having central heating, an individual safe, and a multi-channel TV was very convenient. - the hotel is in the best possible and comfortable location, in a quiet area. - the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

hotel is beautiful and absolutely fantastic and everything was wonderful. the units are airy, huge with balcony. the location is in a particularly good and lovely spot in local restaurants who were looking for staff.

We had so much fun playing tennis at the hotel! It was like a mini tournament with our friends. The courts were in great condition and we had a blast competing against each other. And let me tell you, the pool was off the hook! We spent all day swimming and chilling by the poolside. The cocktails were on point too. We felt like total VIPs!
If there's one thing I would ask for, it would be a more happening nightlife scene. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast during the day, but we were hoping for more parties or events in the evenings.

Outstanding staff, free upgrade to Suite with awesome terrace, friendly to dogs, great location near park and terme, high ceilings in Suite, cool atmosphere.
No complaints.
